​​​​​​ Job Title: Integrator / Operations Manager (Remote) Location: Latin America Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 3+ years Position Overview: We are seeking an Integrator / Operations Manager to lead and coordinate the internal operations of a fast-growing, high-end roofing, gutter, and insulation company specializing in new construction for luxury custom homes. This role is responsible for connecting the dots between departments, driving accountability, improving processes, and ensuring that the business runs smoothly and predictably—without requiring constant intervention from leadership. You will NOT be managing clients, selling projects, or overseeing technical construction details. Instead, you will be leading the business machine that makes those outcomes possible. This role is perfect for a proactive, organized, systems-minded leader who thrives on turning vision into operational reality, coordinating teams, tracking metrics, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Coordination: Lead the integration and alignment of all company functions: estimating, scheduling, material procurement, billing, field operations support. Act as the central hub for communication across departments to ensure clarity, follow-through, and execution. Collaborate with Ryan (construction Manager) to ensure the field and technical operations have what they need to succeed. Partner with the CEO to translate vision and strategy into actionable plans, priorities, and measurable outcomes. Accountability & Tracking: Own the company’s project pipeline tracking: ensuring every project moves predictably from estimate to completion. Monitor key operational metrics (project timelines, estimates delivered, invoices sent, work completed). Establish and maintain internal reporting dashboards—ensuring leadership has visibility without micromanaging. Follow up relentlessly to ensure tasks are completed, commitments are kept, and issues are resolved before they escalate. Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or gaps—and lead efforts to solve them with new processes, technology, or coordination. Collaborate with AI/automation specialist to implement tools that streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and increase visibility. Continuously refine standard operating procedures to improve quality, speed, and consistency. Team Leadership & Culture: Provide leadership, accountability, and coaching to administrative and coordination team members. Build a culture of ownership and execution—ensuring the team takes pride in delivering results without constant oversight. Ensure alignment between internal teams, subcontractors, and external partners. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in operations management, business management, or project coordination—ideally in construction, logistics, manufacturing, or a similar execution-driven industry. Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred (English-fluent in written/spoken communication; Spanish-fluent to communicate with field and subcontractor teams). Proven ability to lead across functions without direct authority—driving results through coordination, accountability, and systems. ​​​​​​​Proven ability to lead independent contractors or technical teams where authority is earned, not assumed. ​​​​​​​Longer-tenure track record – ideally 2–4+ years per role. ​​​​​​​Demonstrated ability to balance strategy and execution, moving fluidly between planning and problem-solving. Experience in communicating with Subcontractors (not only internal/employees) Experience managing KPIs, reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics. Strong project management, follow-up, and task coordination skills. Comfortable adopting and leveraging AI, automation, and technology to improve operations.
