Comfort with Linux-based systems and command-line operations. Understanding of the LAMP stack and web application fundamentals. Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs, browser developer tools, and log analysis. Experience supporting CRM platforms (SugarCRM preferred). Strong communication skills and customer focus.
