The Role This position works out of our Bogotá location in the Established Pharmaceuticals division. We are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world's fastest-growing countries. As a key leader, you will not only act but also lead cross functionally for the right fiduciary and stewardship mentality, providing accurate actuals business analysis, maximizing investments returns and ensuring quality across the multiple relevant reporting locally and to the Region. Your Responsibilities 1. Ensure integrity of financials; maintain sound internal controls and secure satisfactory audits. 2. Partner cross functionally for insights, analysis, investment decision, and execution. 3. Present financial and non-financial information to management effectively. 4. Review Actuals P&L; and Balance Sheet, understand underlying variances, take corrective actions, and manage risk and opportunities. 5. Implement continuous margin improvement and ROI strategies. 6. Manage process, content, and deliverables of the quarterly rolling LBE and support LTP process. 7. Lead and develop team for success and define career development opportunities. 8. Provide financial and strategic insights to Local-Region-Division Management on key business matters. 9. Deliver high-end financial forecast accuracy and support improvement of the supply forecast. 10. Successfully manage annual cost change process ensuring assumptions quality and implications assessment. 11. Fulfill PMO responsibilities when needed, supporting Area Finance projects or Global Tools-Systems implementation. Requirements - Degree in accounting, business, finance, economy, or industrial engineering, master's in business or finance is preferred.
