About the role The Finance team is an integral part of any business. At Revolut, we take that one step further. Our global fintech would be lost without them. They’re more than just an important part of the business — they’re our backbone. We’re looking for a results-oriented Tax Manager to lead the process of reviewing and approving product launches and expansion efforts in Colombia. You’ll partner with the business and oversee the build and implementation of tax process control tools across all relevant product areas. We need someone with energy and ideas who’ll tackle any problem and can roll up their sleeves to get involved. What you'll be doing Driving tax strategy and department roadmaps in Colombia Leading on corporate structure, identifying ongoing and emerging tax risks, mitigating where possible Providing and managing the provision of accurate tax advice to key stakeholders Implementing appropriate tax policies and internal control frameworks Ensuring compliance with all regulations and filing requirements Consulting management on the potential impacts and requirements related to direct tax legislation Building relationships with appropriate tax authorities Managing and developing tax team members, setting goals and managing performance Building relationships with functional business heads, overseas offices, tax offices, and advisory firms to ensure a cohesive approach to managing tax issues What you'll need To be a qualified tax professional (ACA, CA, LL.M, CTA, ADIT, etc.), having trained with a large recognised accounting firm or law practice Experience in a similar role 13+ years of experience in a financial services or fintech environment with direct responsibility, direct tax planning, advisory, and structuring Extensive technical knowledge of corporate and international tax Exceptional analytical skills and high attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders Benefits at Revolut No ping pong tables or bean bag chairs, just benefits you actually want Get what you need to succeed Financial benefits that show we value your work Flexibility to work from home, the office or abroad A free Revolut Metal subscription loaded with perks Exciting events year-round so you can get to know your team Revoluters always push through!
