Together we are advancing a more sustainable future, by helping our customers to increase their environmental and functional efficiencies, and decarbonise their operations.WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE?As an experienced Head Quality in our team, we are looking for someone who will be able to perform the below tasks:Main Purpose of JobManage the maintenance of the quality management system, supervising the correct execution of procedures, technical instructions, etc., in order to meet the company's quality standardsCreate and monitor ITP´s (Inspection and test plans) about projects to be executed in HES. Communication with customers about ITP´s follow up and reception, assessment of documents received from suppliers, collection of documents which support the project´s ITP´sAccountabilitiesPrepare the external and internal non-conformities, monitor them (together with the departments involved), identify and analyse quality issues and provide actions to correct them, together with the involved departmentsRepresent the company in meetings and commercial steps with clients concerning quality issues, with the Head of Quality support, always attentive to providing solutions and the best deal with clientsPerform the work of accepting new suppliers proposed by the purchasing department, also carry out follow-ups of the existing onesPerform quality controls of processes and products to ensure compliance with the established specifications (Rotors/ Packages/ Elements/ Seals and spare parts/ Structures)Manage the enamelling process in terms of product quality, having the ability to evaluate customer enamel specifications, to determine if they can be accepted, in addition to performing laboratory tests corresponding to the applicable specificationsMake decisions regarding the stoppage of manufacturing in the event that established procedures are breached and the quality of the final product delivered to our customers is put at risk, communicating to the Head of QualityCommunication with suppliers about non-conformities issued with respect to their product, and monitoring said rejections to guarantee the correct quality of the product before useCollaborate in continuous improvement processes that the company develops:Participate in Kaizens processesPrepare and monitor the PDMCollaborates with the commercial and engineering department in the study corresponding to customer specifications and manufacturing feasibility analysis.WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?Skills, Knowledge and BehavioursEssential skills, knowledge and behavioursTechnical engineering (Industrial specialty)High level of EnglishUse of computer tools (Office, Outlook, PowerPoint)Postgraduate training in ISO 9001-2015 and management systems, preferably a master's degree in quality management.Desirable skills, knowledge and behavioursAdvanced engineering1 to 3 years of professional experience in quality managementKnowledge of environmental management, occupational health and safetyAnalytical capacityDecision-making capacity regarding their responsible processesTeamwork orientedThorough, detail orientedFollow rules and proceduresAbility to work with urgent time managementKnowledge of reading and interpreting design drawings and specificationsComplexity and creativityAutonomy in their performance, without being influenced by departmental pressuresDeal with complex clientsWork under pressure (delivery times / responsibility with the client)Ability to solve problems that can occur in daily work, and provide suggestions that can simplify the work of the department and othersJudgement and decisionsAutonomy to make decisionsAutonomy to prioritize inspection activitiesTechnical decisionsMake decisions about acceptance or rejection of products manufactured by or received from suppliersYOUR PHYSICAL WORK ENVIRONMENT WILL REQUIREResidence in Cartagena (Murcia)Travel 5%WHAT WILL YOU GET IN RETURN?Competitive salarysWell-being initiatives and team buildingsHealth insurance for you and your family (by policy)Development Opportunities:Constant learning opportunities and challenges in interesting projects with a significant impact on the world in a growing company with more than 80 years of experience.Vertical and horizontal organizational movementChart is an equal opportunity employer...The Company intention in respect of recruitment, selection and promotion is to appoint the most suitable candidate for each job regardless of that person's race, religious beliefs, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, age or disability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
