Senior Talent Acquisition Partner We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing recruitment strategies for high-volume tech and sales roles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, working closely with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, and providing exceptional candidate experience. About the Role - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume roles, focusing on tech and sales positions. - Collaborate with hiring managers to develop customized recruitment strategies and understand staffing needs. - SOURCE, SCREEN, AND SHORTLIST CANDIDATES using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. - CONDUCT THOROUGH INTERVIEWS, ASSESS CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS, AND MATCH SKILLS TO JOB REQUIREMENTS. - Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Requirements - Fluent in English (C1 level or higher), with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within the tech or services industries. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. - Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
