Lead Generation Specialist Role This is a crucial position that involves strategic market research, data analysis, and lead generation strategy execution to drive high-quality leads into the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Business Development Representative (BDR) and Business Development Director (BDD) to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads, leveraging CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and prospecting databases. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-value prospects aligned with our services. - Stay informed on industry trends, customer pain points, and emerging technologies to refine lead targeting strategies. - Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and other data enrichment tools to identify potential leads. - Develop and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of qualified leads using CRM systems. - Ensure compliance with data protection regulations when handling prospect data. - Employ email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, content marketing, and cold prospecting techniques to generate engagement. - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns, leveraging industry insights. - Monitor conversion rates and optimize outreach strategies based on data-driven insights. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in lead generation, market research, or data analysis. - Strong research and analytical skills: Ability to synthesize market data and identify high-potential prospects. - Understanding of the IT consulting industry and services. - Data-driven mindset: Strong ability to interpret lead generation metrics and optimize outreach efforts. - Attention to detail & time management: Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
