The role involves quick response to user tickets, diagnosing basic IT problems, and escalating more complex issues as needed. Required Technical Skills : Familiarity with Microsoft tools, Office365, and general Windows troubleshooting. Comfort working in Google Workspace environments. Strong internet connectivity.
