**Role Summary**: The Sales Development Representative focuses on generating high-quality leads andopportunities for the company. Throughstrategic outreach and follow-ups, the SDR aims to cultivate relationships and drive valuable businessopportunities. **Key Responsibilities**: - Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential leads through phone calls to introduce our productsand services, aiming to qualify and generate interest. - Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through ongoingcommunication and follow-ups, ensuring their needs are met and building trust. - Contacting Federal Agencies: Reach out to federal agencies within the US Government topresent our furniture and service solutions, aiming to secure business opportunities. - Outreach to Schools: Contact educational institutions in New York, New Jersey andPennsylvania to promote our products and services, targeting key decision-makers to drive sales. - Tracking Leads and Deals: Maintain and update accurate records of all leads and deals,ensuring that information is current and accessible for follow-up and strategic planning. - Data Entry & CRM Management: Accurately track all sales activities and interactions in theCRM (e.g.Clickup, Salesforce, HubSpot). Slack - Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Gmail. - Ability to keep track of sales processes and maintain a healthy pipeline. - Persuasive and friendly attitude.
