Effective management of business operations in a region or country is crucial for strategic success. This involves overseeing internal and external issues and opportunities that impact the organization's performance. Data automation plays a vital role in driving operational efficiency and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in automation tools, data engineering principles, and statistical modeling to support decision-making across commercial operations and customer care. - Data Modeling & Analytics: - Develop robust data models that support predictive analytics, segmentation, customer behavior analysis, and forecasting. - Translate complex business requirements into efficient data solutions using SQL, Python, or R. - Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure accurate, scalable, and well-documented data models. - Dashboarding & Visualization: - Create and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) for various stakeholders, including commercial, care, and strategy teams. - Present analytical findings and model outputs to senior management with actionable recommendations. - Process Optimization: - Identify opportunities for operational improvement through automation and data modeling. - Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, care, finance) to understand pain points and develop technical solutions. - Streamline reporting - Implement automated workflows - Data Governance & Quality: - Maintain high standards of data integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies. - Document data flows, logic, and models to support future development and scalability. Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Master's degree or certifications in data analytics or automation tools is an advantage. Experience: - 3–5 years of experience in data automation, analytics, or data modeling roles. - Telecom or service industry experience preferred, especially in commercial or customer operations. Technical Skills: - Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data manipulation tools. - Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). - Strong understanding of data modeling concepts. - Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage. Soft Skills: - Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business insights. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across departments in a fast-paced environment.
