Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – LATAM Location: Remote (Based in Latin America) Compensation: $1,500 – $2,000/month (Independent Contractor) Hours: Aligned with PST or Mountain Time (Standard Business Hours) About the Role We’re looking for a mid-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Latin America to join our growing remote team. This is a great opportunity for a driven and proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently while staying closely connected with a distributed team. As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for our sales team . The ideal candidate is self-managed, clear in communication, and eager to contribute to business growth. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings Maintain and update CRM records Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and conversion rates Work independently and take initiative to meet targets Requirements 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in outbound roles Based in Latin America Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral accent Strong self-management and organizational skills Solid communication and interpersonal skills Available to work during PST or Mountain Time hours What You’ll Get Independent contractor role with flexibility Competitive monthly compensation ($1,500–$2,000) Remote-first work environment Opportunity to grow with a mission-driven, fast-paced company
