Responsibilities - Maintain the health and availability of our servers, including user/group management, security permissions, group policies, and print services. - Monitor data-center resources using existing management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise. - Ensure the integrity of our internal infrastructure, including laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, and security updates. - Provide technical support to assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting and identify root causes.
