What you will do: Drive automation and infrastructure-as-code practices alongside CI/CD pipelines. Provide comprehensive support for infrastructure related to I&O services. Participate in after-hours support, including a rotating 24x7 on-call schedule. Collaborate with Managed Service Provider teams to ensure high-quality task execution aligned with specifications. Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance daily functions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field. Extensive knowledge of cloud services, especially PaaS and IaaS in AWS and GCP. Experience with observability tools, automation, and self-healing in cloud environments. Understanding of platform engineering, self-service product development, and lifecycle management. Strong expertise in containerized workloads/microservices, primarily in AWS.
