Business Operations Analyst We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to analyze data to identify areas for improvement. They will also be proficient in using tools such as Excel and Power BI to visualize and present data. In this role, the Business Operations Analyst will work closely with senior consultants to support their process-related tasks and learn about process execution. They will also assist in collecting and cleaning data sets from client-provided sources, ensuring accuracy, and generate simple reports based on templates using basic charts. - Main Responsibilities: - Support senior consultants in carrying out operational processes and learning process execution specifics. - Complete daily operational tasks as part of larger business functions (e.g., processing tasks, data entry, client service tasks). - Follow business processes and ensure compliance with company policies and standards. Track task completion and report issues or bottlenecks to senior team members. - Assist in collecting and cleaning data sets from client-provided sources, ensuring accuracy. - Generate simple reports based on templates using basic charts. - Helps to ensure accurate alignment of solutions with client expectations and project goals. - Use basic Excel formulas (SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP) to organize and manipulate data. - Assist in connecting Power BI to common data sources like Excel, CSV files, or SharePoint. - Document key points, decisions, and action items accurately. - Actively engage in work sessions with key stakeholders to gather insights and feedback. - Helps to prepare structured agendas, ensuring timely scheduling to ensure productive and focused outcomes. - Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - Advanced English level. - 0-2 years of experience in business operations or a related field. - Familiarity with office tools (e.g., Excel, Word). - Basic problem-solving skills for interpreting data patterns. - Basic knowledge of data manipulation and basic Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, charts). - Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Desire - Understanding of basic data collection methods. - Ability to support senior analysts in cleaning and organizing data sets. - Willingness to learn process execution tools and systems. - Manage small process improvements.
