Job Description This is a leadership role that oversees the growth of strategic sales to multinational organizations in Latin America. The main goal is to identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities in human capital and risk capital. This involves active hunting and prospection for new clients, management of sales initiatives in the region, and support for the company's strategy and best practices in sales. These are hybrid roles that offer flexibility to work both virtually and from offices in Latin America. Aon aims to make better decisions that protect and enrich people's lives worldwide. Daily Responsibilities: - Responsible for achieving a sales budget for new business, with sub-regions considered. - Connection and networking with different Aon regions to facilitate the influx of new business into Latin America through the AAU strategy. - Creation, management, and development of the sales pipeline, consolidating common business opportunities between countries and pursuing them. - Full sales cycle development from prospection to client onboarding. - Lead and support new client implementation in partnership with peers from the client-facing team. - Support for Latin American countries in strategic prospections, meetings, and RFPs. - Project management and leadership of regional RFPs. - Elaboration of presentations and sales pitch materials, such as capabilities, value proposition, and commercial proposals. - Negotiation with regional contacts to uncover new business opportunities. - Participation in events and webinars related to the industry to expand knowledge and networking. Required Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: - Educated to university degree level. - Advanced English language communication skills. - Broad knowledge of insurance-related technical aspects. - Experience working in consulting firms, brokers, or insurance companies. - Deep understanding of client management challenges and solutions. - Knowledge about finance and P&L; management. - Knowledge about health and benefits environment. - Experience working with foreigners and different cultures across the globe (APAC). - Exceptional communication skills to convey key messages to teams and management. - Demonstration of leadership qualities.
