Requirements Must have: • 5+ years of experience designing and executing test cases for web-based applications. • Ability to create test cases based on user stories and business requirements. • Ability to execute QA testing, interpret results, and document outcomes. • Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for data testing. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. • Knowledge in web front-end, back-end, and mobile application testing. • Technical understanding of web and mobile app development and deployment. • Quick adaptability to new tools and technologies. • Strong communication skills and high motivation. • Leadership experience managing QA team members. Nice to have: • Experience in ERP/SAP, Sales & Marketing applications, web commerce, and system integrations. • 4-year degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Responsibilities • Lead QA team members and review software requirements. • Prepare test scenarios and execute usability testing. • Analyze test results regarding database impact, errors, or usability issues. • Prepare and deliver reports on testing activities to the development team. • Interact with business analysts to understand product requirements. • Participate in requirement reviews and provide QA input.
