Employee Status: Regular Job Description Descripción del puesto: Profesional en cuentas clave comercial/acceso (Propuesta de Valor) Propósito del cargo. Liderar la gestión integral de cuentas (EPS, IPS, OLs y retail), garantizando el acceso oportuno a los portafolios de salud femenina, fortaleciendo el relacionamiento institucional, asegurando el cumplimiento de metas comerciales, y gestionando eficientemente el ciclo de órdenes de compra, cartera y conciliaciones. Este rol tiene un enfoque clave en la sostenibilidad del negocio y la generación de valor para los actores del sistema de salud. Responsabilidades principales: Gestión de cuentas clave : Desarrollar e implementar planes estratégicos para EPS, IPS, operadores logísticos y retail, asegurando el posicionamiento de los productos del portafolio de salud femenina. Relaciones institucionales : Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con tomadores de decisión en EPS, IPS y OL, promoviendo acuerdos de acceso, inclusión en portafolio y generación de demanda. Gestión comercial : Coordinar y hacer seguimiento a las órdenes de compra, asegurar la entrega oportuna de productos y monitorear indicadores de desempeño comercial. Manejo de cartera : Realizar seguimiento proactivo a pagos, vencimientos y conciliaciones con cuentas claves, asegurando la recuperación oportuna de cartera. Colaboración transversal : Trabajar de manera articulada con las áreas de soporte. Análisis de mercado: Monitorear el entorno del sistema de salud, identificar oportunidades y riesgos, y proponer soluciones innovadoras que promuevan el acceso sostenible. Cumplimiento normativo: Asegurar que todas las actividades comerciales y de acceso se desarrollen bajo los lineamientos legales y éticos vigentes. Educación requerida: Profesional en áreas de la salud: Medicina, Enfermería, Química Farmacéutica, Bacteriología u otros campos afines. Profesional en ingeniería/ Administración. Experiencia requerida: Experiencia comprobada en trabajo con EPS, IPS, operadores logísticos (OL) y canal retail. Manejo de procesos de acceso al mercado, gestión de compras institucionales, órdenes de compra y conciliación de cartera. Experiencia en manejo de cuentas clave y relacionamiento estratégico. Habilidades y conocimientos deseables: Conocimiento del sistema de salud colombiano y modelos de contratación. Habilidades de negociación estratégica y resolución de conflictos. Capacidad analítica para interpretar indicadores financieros y de acceso. Alta orientación al cliente, pensamiento estratégico y trabajo en equipo. Manejo de herramientas de CRM, Excel avanzado y sistemas ERP. Deseable experiencia previa en salud femenina, salud pública o productos de alto impacto en mujeres.
