The Productivity Solutions Analyst is responsible for providing daily support to users, deploying and integrating solutions that support business processes while applying best practices in the field. The incumbent must have expertise in the following business areas: digital workplace, network technology, service management, hybrid cloud, public cloud, and traditional data center. They are responsible for understanding user needs and translating them into functional requirements. The Analyst, Productivity Solutions works closely with our development teams, designers, and stakeholders to ensure that the product meets user needs and achieves business objectives. They must also structure and configure productivity solutions to optimize their use. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Participate in the development of effective communication application tools and offer your support for the deployment of a large-scale project aimed at the overall improvement of our working methods. Develop and implement productivity solutions to streamline operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of productivity initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions. Provide training and support to end-users on new productivity tools and processes. Create and maintain documentation for productivity solutions, including process maps and technical specifications. Stay up-to-date with the latest productivity tools and best practices. Perform the design and implementation of new processes with the required organizational structure and configuration. Provide IT support for issues escalated from Level 1 or Level 2. Act as a partner forming a close relationship for the mutual success of the teams. Maintain user credentials and access using corporate security standards. Create and manage the resource library to include roadmaps, videos, how-tos, FAQs, tips and tricks, known issues, architecture documentation, and success stories. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 3 to 5 years in a similar role is an asset. Expertise in digital tool management: management tools, techniques, monitoring, and integration. Strong understanding of productivity tools and best practices. Experience with configuration management, identity and access management, Active Directory, desktop virtualization, collaboration platforms, and other cloud services. Familiarity with SaaS applications and other technologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. SKILLS AND ABILITIES Experience and proficiency in Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint on-premise and online, PowerPlatform, various SaaS tools for production, health and safety, performance. Results-oriented and solution-oriented, with a strong customer focus and able to adapt quickly to changes in business plans and priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office – with specific skills in SharePoint, advanced Excel, and other cloud tools. Analysis and problem-solving.
