CorporateTravel Agent at BairesDev We are looking for a Corporate TravelAgent to join our Business Administration team. You will beresponsible for coordinating all aspects of inbound and outboundtravel planning for employees and clients, visa cases, andexpatriate and relocation management. What You Will Do: 1.Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, lodging,medical insurance, meals, car rental, and other ancillary needsaccording to requirements and budget to ensure safe and efficienttravel operations. 2. Provide first-level support to managers onGlobal Mobility travel policies, processes, and operations. 3.Maintain knowledge of travel methods and requirements, as well asgovernment rules and regulations in various destinations, such aspassport and visa laws and tariffs. 4. Lead the execution of thevisa strategy. 5. Conduct research, negotiate, and manage corporateagreements with tour operators, airlines, lodging (hotels andhousing), transportation companies, and insurance companies. 6.Prepare cost projections and submit/reconcile expense reports. 7.Conduct a review of existing mobility policies, local regulations,and market best practices, develop recommendations forimprovements; and manage overall policy administration. 8. Serve asa general resource and point of contact for travel-related issues;assist employees with travel-related questions or concerns. Here’swhat we are looking for: 1. A bachelor's or master's degree intourism, business administration, industrial engineering, orinternational relations. 2. 2+ years in Corporate travel. 3. 4+years in Travel Planning. 4. Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite(Office, Excel). 5. Advanced level of English. 6. Previous workexperience in a similar position in a software developmentoutsourcing company. 7. Knowledge and experience of Argentine andUS immigration laws. 8. Intermediate or advanced command of thePortuguese and/or Spanish languages.
