Requirements: 2+ years of Program, Portfolio, and Process Coordination experience. A combination of technical background and leadership qualities. Responsibilities: Coordinate delivery portfolio planning, tracking, and reporting practices as required, which includes overseeing the portfolio delivery pipeline across multiple projects, from incoming requests to evaluation/discovery to successful delivery. Ensure cross-functional alignment on program goals, strategy, scope, timelines, decisions, and outcomes. Facilitate quarterly planning meetings with cross-functional teams, and support the teams with project and epics creation, prioritization, and work intake process. Foster a culture of transparency and trust, apply a lean value-driven approach, manage by influence, support and empower technical teams through servant leadership. Ensure strong lines of communication and regular updates to stakeholders.
