About the Role As a Virtual Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing virtual and in-person events that showcase our company's expertise in building exceptional teams in Latin America. You will work closely with our CEO to manage logistics, guest outreach, and on-the-ground (or on-screen) hosting. - Plan and execute webinars, dinners, meetups, and nearshore hiring seminars. Assist in managing event calendars, booking venues, coordinating guest lists, and promoting events through various channels. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate event logistics, including venue booking, calendar coordination, and guest list management. - Invite and confirm high-level attendees. - Collaborate with our marketing team to promote and brand events. - Support hosting duties during live events and Zoom webinars. - Handle thank-you emails, feedback collection, and follow-up coordination after events. - Maintain an event calendar and support recurring engagement opportunities. Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in coordinating virtual and/or live events. - Excellent communication and written English skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with executives. - Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Google Calendar, Eventbrite, and Notion. - Ability to work flexible hours across time zones when needed. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, or CRM tools. - Event planning background in B2B, SaaS, or tech community spaces. - Based in Colombia or Mexico City for occasional in-person support (not required).
