The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Remote Marketing Specialist to act as a dedicated marketing lead for our client, a prominent family entertainment company with multiple brands. This is not a typical freelance gig. This is a long-term, fully integrated role where you will become an essential part of the client's team, managed and supported directly by EZtransition's founder. Your mission is to grow into the expert on the powerful, all-in-one marketing platform the client already uses, leveraging it to drive engagement, streamline operations, and boost revenue. What You'll Do: Take ownership of the day-to-day marketing execution for four distinct entertainment brands. Master our client’s all-in-one marketing platform, managing everything from email/SMS campaigns and complex automations to lead forms and performance analytics. Plan, organize, and promote events across all locations, updating web calendars and coordinating with designers. Manage and post engaging content across multiple social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Business Profiles. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), turning data into actionable insights for the client. Collaborate directly with client leadership and the EZtransition team, attending at least two weekly virtual meetings (one with each team). Train the client's internal staff on how to best utilize the platform's communication and sales features. While primarily focused on the client, you may occasionally assist with marketing tasks for EZtransition. Who You Are: Tech-Savvy & Eager to Learn: You have a natural curiosity for marketing technology and are comfortable with CRM concepts. Experience with platforms like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar is a plus, but your ability and desire to master new systems is what truly matters. A Growing Marketer: You have 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing role and a foundational understanding of social media, email marketing, and event promotion. A Self-Starter: You are disciplined, organized, and thrive in a remote work environment. You can manage your own time and projects effectively with minimal supervision. A Strong Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal English skills and can clearly communicate ideas and results to clients and team members. A Collaborative Partner: You enjoy working as part of a team and are dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals. Qualifications Strong English language skills Proficient in customer service communication via email and SMS Skilled in market research Knowledgeable in marketing practices Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience in growth and inbound marketing is a plus Basic SEO knowledge Some visual design skills, particularly with Canva Basic video editing skills with tools like Capcut is a plus Open-minded and eager to learn new things What We Offer: Long-Term Stability: A consistent, long-term contract with a reliable U.S.-based company.
