We're seeking a Regional Medical Director - Psychiatrist to shape the future of modern mental health care. This role will lead and mentor providers, ensuring clinical excellence while running a thriving outpatient practice focused on interventional psychiatry. You'll have the opportunity to grow with intention, make a difference in patient care, and be part of a collaborative environment. - Lead medical staff and foster a supportive environment - Maintain outpatient clinical practice with non-invasive neuromodulation (dTMS), Ketamine infusions, and medication management - Implement company policies and procedures for providers - Involvement in interviewing and selecting providers You'll report directly to the Chief Medical Officer and work collaboratively with physicians and staff.
