Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems. Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement. Developing and implementing IT policies and best practice guides for the organisation Designing training programs and workshops for the internal staff Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff. Participating in major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, outages and implementations. Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement. Hybrid, (2 days on-site) at Parser´s Office What You'll Bring To Us: +5 years of IT system administration experience. +5 years of Support and Infrastructure experience. Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MacOS, Linux and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring. Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing solutions. Knowledge in cloud computing. GSuite Administration. Slack Administration. Linux/macOS/Windows 10 advanced administration knowledge. Networking intermediate knowledge. Scripting/Bash/Powershell. ITIL or similar industry best practices knowledge. Proven technical and support skills. Strong creative and analytical thinking. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with peers and leaders. Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills.
