Responsibilities - Planning both short- and long-term campaign strategies to persuade companies to adopt better policies for animals in their supply chains. - Organizing online and offline campaigns, including peaceful street actions, to advocate for companies to adopt cage-free egg policies in their supply chains. - Traveling nationally, as necessary, to meet contacts and organize campaigns. - Building alliances with other international and/or grassroots NGOs. - Representing Sinergia Animal and its campaigns at public events and within the NGO and animal protection communities at large. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Publicity, Marketing, or Journalism. - Strong background in running campaigns. - Excellent research skills. - Proven ability to work both independently and in close coordination with a remote team. - Must be able to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects. - Strong time management skills. - Commitment to the mission and objectives of the organization. - Commitment to non-violent direct actions. - Affinity for animal rights issues and a vegan lifestyle is highly desirable. - Advanced level of English. - Strong team player.
