About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to join our team. This role involves managing day-to-day business operations, leading a team of up to 150 FTEs, and reporting directly to the Vice President. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact (POC) on a daily basis. You will provide regular performance updates and present in business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually). Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Managing TaskUs client relationships and providing regular performance updates. 2. Presenting in business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually). 3. Leading a team of up to 150 FTEs and ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. 4. Ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met and solving business problems through innovation. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: - B2 English Level or Higher. - At least two years of experience managing supervisors in a call center environment, with BPO experience preferred. - One year of experience in client management. - Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
