Tasks/Activities - Collaborative-Design to Manufacturing (Co-Design/Co-Indus) - Contribute to all phases of the design to ensure industrial needs are taken into account. - Push industrial requirements to Engineering (specific design/M&P;) & Supply Chain. - Introduce Manufacturing best practice/standardization into design. - Define Build Process for ME. - Calculate the time at operation level. - Manage Technical Sequencing. - Specify industrial asset (Jigs, Tools, Tooling, Machines,…) requirements for creation or modification. - Drive implementation of 1st installation with required shop floor feedback loops for Manufacturing readiness (production handover). - Plan regular feedback loops with the Production Team. Responsibilities - Accountable for configuration management (in particular Delta 2). For more details, refer to Airbus commercial procedure referential A2853.3. - Responsible for the integrated Manufacturing Dossier covering all means needed for shop floor execution, including creating/updating routings, BoM, SOI, and ensuring compliance with shop floor needs, time calculation, and Work Preparation Golden Rules. - Perform Standard Work and implement Standard Time Value in Routings. - Ensure robust, reliable, and safe operations; run and support PFMEA/FMEA. - Manage engineering technical information, quality control, component/parts definition, specifications, and tooling activities. - Contribute to supply chain management, guaranteeing data consistency and effectiveness. - Maintain interface tasks, consider health & safety regulations, and schedule/economic aspects. - Sign off on Airbus Process Specifications, Instructions, and Manufacturing Notices. - Manage key/recurrent work issues, support shop floor continuous improvement, and optimize production processes. - Advise on budget and CAPEX planning, evaluate industrial impacts of modifications, and support Run@Rate processes if applicable.
