Position Overview: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the first point of contact for new and existing leads, playing a key role in converting prospects into paying clients. This role requires a high-energy, results-driven individual with strong communication skills who can effectively manage inbound leads, handle sales objections, and maintain a high volume of outreach. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion & Follow-Up: Contact new leads from paid ads (Google & Meta). Conduct 10-15 minutes discovery calls to qualify leads and educate them on services. Implement a structured follow-up strategy Confidently communicate service value and convert leads into scheduled evaluations. Track all interactions and conversions in the clinics CRM. Sales & Objection Handling: Address common concerns, including insurance vs. out-of-network pricing. Use an empathetic and persuasive approach to guide leads toward booking an evaluation. Scheduling & Administrative Tasks: Manage client communication efficiently via phone and email. Maintain up-to-date tracking in reporting sheets and CRM. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): High volume of Daily Outbound Calls Weekly Evaluations Booked: 10-15 Monthly Lead Conversion Rate: 30% of all leads Qualifications: Experience in a high-volume outbound call role. Background in health or fitness industry preferred. Strong sales and objection-handling skills. Must be bilingual in Spanish to engage with Spanish-speaking leads. Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRMs and reporting tools. Highly responsive and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Haves: Previous experience in a healthcare or wellness-related sales role. Knowledge of cash-pay service models in healthcare.
