Support all audit and compliance reviews and achieve 100% satisfactory ratings for all 2018 reviews Review controls and work with LATAM Site Controllers to develop/enhance control documentation (including procedures manual) Close out outstanding issues in LATAM Track and monitor control remediation efforts Assist in the management of Danaher Internal Audit and External E&Y; Auditors Review of all significant transactions for compliance with GAAP, including the monthly audit of B/S Acct reconciliations Sustain a strong SoX compliance record in LatAm and positive CSAQ results. Roll out Sox Compliance documentation requirements to LATAM Provide control training as needed for the team (Revenue Recognition Training, CPTK Training, T&E; Training, Reconciliation Training, DoA Training, On Boardings for new hires and among others) Understand compliance requirements and develop appropriate processes Annual Global Anti-Corruption Audit and testing SOX Champion and management of SOX compliance audit Account Reconciliations Monitoring and testing of account reconciliations Weekly Tracker follow up of account reconciliations raising the alerts in the cases of overdues Reconciliations Improve Allocation of accounts Positive Audit Results (US >90%, LATAM TBD) Proper control of Blackline reconciliation process Deploy the Global T&E; Policy & Monitor Effectiveness assessment of Concur in LatAm to accomplish T&E; Policy guidelines are being tested and audited in a regular basis for all associattes around Chemtreat LatAm. Random transaction sampling and direct observation, identifying weaknesses and deficiencies of Concur process.
