DESCRIPTION We are looking to hire a Paid Media Specialist, to design and execute paid advertising campaigns across SEM and Social platforms. Understands how to measure engagement, assess audience quality and optimize buying tactics to maximize performance while maintaining cost efficiencies. Deliver timely and insightful reports based on campaign data analysis and establishing clear lines of communication with clients, partners, and internal staff members. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - Create and execute SEM and Paid Social campaign strategies and plans as well as overseeing campaign management, optimization, and reporting - Manage the day-to-day optimization efforts to ensure campaign delivery, performance and goals are met, including budget pacing, keyword, audience targeting, creative and ad copy updates. - Regularly track and report on key performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights for improvement. - Proactively using data, trends, market insights, and logic to develop tailored campaign recommendations and opportunities for continued success - Work closely with creative teams to develop and ensure compelling ad content follows client specifications and resonates with target audiences and drives engagement. - Contribute to testing initiatives to maximize campaign performance. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging paid media platforms to inform campaign strategies. - Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt quickly, seeking opportunities to expand knowledge in paid media strategies, tools, and platforms. - Provide excellent communication and thought leadership to clients via emails and direct contact presentations. - Identify and report on key performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis. - Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation, regularly sharing your knowledge with team members.
