About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Obligation Management Specialist to join our Contract Obligations Management Support Team. This is an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to establishing and updating contract obligations management tools and data to efficiently conduct all contract obligations management support activities. Main Responsibilities - Contract Obligations Setup: Establish and update contract obligations management tools and data to ensure compliance with terms and conditions. - Contract Obligations Monitoring: Timely review and monitor all contractual agreements using AI-powered Obligation Management/CLM tools to identify potential breaches. - Proactive Issue Identification: Utilize obligations management tools to identify early potential breaches in contractual obligations and escalate to relevant stakeholders as needed. - Reporting: Prepare periodic detailed reports on the status of contractual obligations and any identified issues. - Collaboration: Work closely with legal, compliance, and operational teams to address and resolve contractual issues and instances of non-compliance. - Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contractual obligations and related communications within the obligations management system. - Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to the monitoring process, including the adoption of new AI technologies or ways of working to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. About You - Experience: Experience in contract obligations management. - Soft and Technical Skills: Strong analytics skills, results-oriented and interpersonal abilities. Experience using contract management software (Sirion knowledge is a plus). - Education: Degree in Legal, Finance, or other business discipline. - Languages: Advance English.
