As a Customer Solution Manager & Operation – IM Novartis (Onco TA), you'll be the driving force behind the successful introduction and operationalization of Radioligand Therapy (RLT), a groundbreaking treatment platform. You'll lead the charge in preparing key accounts for the launch of Pluvicto, ensuring that every step—from licensing and logistics to patient infusion—is flawlessly executed. This is your opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation, collaborating across functions and engaging with top-tier medical institutions to bring life-changing therapies to patients who need them most.Job Description Key Responsibilities Map and engage Radioligand Therapy (RLT) Centers in collaboration with Medical and Commercial teamsIdentify and support technical and administrative processes for RLT implementationExpand Lutetium license and capacity across qualified RLT CentersTrain institutional medical staff and decision-makers on RLT proceduresPrioritize and prepare accounts for Pluvicto launch based on readiness and patient potentialDevelop and deliver educational materials on RLT and technical requirementsOversee logistics: order management, patient scheduling, and medicine delivery coordinationMonitor sales orders and support license development with local NCQ and CGSAct as the primary RLT contact post-launch to ensure seamless patient treatmentLead cross-functional teams to manage the full patient journey and ensure treatment successEssential Requirements Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related healthcare sectorsStrong knowledge of the Colombian healthcare ecosystem and regulatory environmentFamiliarity with Nuclear Medicine and its local market dynamicsDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate under pressureStrong business mindset with strategic and analytical thinkingHigh resilience, adaptability, and results-oriented approachEffective communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is a plusDesirable Requirements Experience working with Radioligand Therapy or similar high-complexity treatment platformsFamiliarity with digital tools and innovative healthcare solutionsSkills Desired Agility, Asset Management, Commercial Excellence, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Customer Orientation, Digital Marketing, Healthcare Sector Understanding, Influencing Skills, Marketing Strategy, Negotiation Skills, Operational Excellence, Priority Disease Areas Expertise, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Marketing, Product Strategy, Stakeholder Engagement, Stakeholder Management, Strategic Partnerships #J-18808-Ljbffr
