About the Role We are seeking an experienced retail professional to fill the position of Assistant Store Manager. This individual will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment. Main Responsibilities: 1. To assist the Store Manager in developing and implementing strategies for sales growth, including merchandising, promotions, and customer service initiatives. 2. To supervise a team of sales associates, providing guidance and coaching to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance. 3. To maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback. 4. To develop and implement effective plans to improve customer satisfaction, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to address customer concerns. 5.
