At EXL , we are looking for a Senior BPO Recruitment Manager to join our team in Bogotá . This strategic role will be key in leading talent attraction initiatives, optimizing recruitment processes, and managing recruitment teams for both local and international operations. Responsibilities: This role will focus on managing the BPO services recruitment team activities for: sourcing, interview scheduling, and other areas of recruitment admin coordination for open requisitions. *** This is a Hybrid role, with onsite work 3 days per week at the EXL Bogota office ***

Responsible for oversight of the recruiting teams intake and data entry for opening, updating, and maintaining SRF’s with job requirements in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and posting to job portals. Ensure proper and accurate data entry of the recruiting team into the ATS and HRIS for seamless Onboarding of selected candidates for hire. Ensure that yourself and your recruiting team are thoroughly screening job applicants via screening calls for candidacy fit for Hiring Managers to proceed with interviews Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications and schedules intake calls with Hiring Managers to get any clarification needed Ensure that the team and yourself maintain accurate current candidate workflow status’ within the ATS Will perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum 10years of recruitment experience , with at least the last 3 years in a leadership role . Proven experience in high-volume hiring and recruitment for operational, administrative, and leadership roles in the BPO sector . Proficiency in recruitment technology tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs, etc.). Advanced English (spoken and written) – essential for interacting with global teams. Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions . Ability to lead diverse teams , foster professional development, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strategic mindset , critical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
