Sales & Marketing Controller Inco Healthcare Latam About the Role This role is responsible for overseeing business functions to ensure decisions are based on financial analysis. Collaborate with the commercial team to enhance performance, provide financial insights, and evaluate new opportunities across the region. Execute financial planning, monthly reporting, cost control, and ensure adherence to corporate policies and BU guidelines. What You Will Do - Support business functions by ensuring decisions are based on financial analysis. - Assist Tena Inco Healthcare in evaluating new business opportunities across Latam countries. - Analyze business performance against targets, providing insights and recommending corrective actions. - Support business cases and projects financially. - Conduct Price/Volume/Mix analysis with Business and Marketing teams. - Participate in cross-BU controlling activities. - Coordinate with accounting, product supply, and logistics teams. - Analyze financials for Colombia and Puerto Rico Business Units. - Collaborate closely with local Sales & Marketing teams, providing reports on financial performance, highlighting deviations from forecasts and targets. - Develop local forecasts and budgets, reporting in relevant systems. - Ensure compliance with accounting and controlling policies in cooperation with GBS. - Support month-end closing activities and resolve related issues. - Perform monthly sales, cost, and expense analyses. Who You Are - Degree in administration, economics, finance, international business, engineering, or related fields. - 4-7 years of experience in financial roles, preferably in mass consumption, personal care, medical devices, or manufacturing sectors. - Strong analytical skills for indicator presentation. - Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. - Proficiency in Excel; advanced analytical skills preferred.
