What You’ll Do: Build and maintain custom WordPress themes using ACF, PHP, HTML/CSS Review and audit code from junior developers, offering constructive feedback Ensure top-notch performance, technical SEO , and mobile optimization Manage hosting environments on WP Engine, Kinsta, and Cloudflare Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end issues efficiently Contribute to internal processes and documentation to support team growth What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of experience in professional web development Deep expertise in WordPress, ACF, PHP, HTML/CSS Proven ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code Confident working with Figma and custom UI/UX Experience with site deployment and maintenance across WP Engine, Kinsta, Cloudflare Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Ability to lead, mentor, and elevate code quality Are obsessed with speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices Enjoy solving complex technical problems and optimizing workflows Love creating modular, future-proof code This is your chance to join a creative and driven team where your voice matters and your skills make an impact.
