The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs, working with international students and agents, and advising on tutoring services. Key responsibilities include: - Program Development: Design and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our clients. - Agent Relations: Foster strong relationships with study abroad agents around the world, providing expert guidance on teacher training options. - Customer Support: Manage customer relationships, conduct negotiations, and ensure seamless communication with foreign partners and agents. To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, International Education, or related field. - Knowledge of English at the level of C1. - Experience in education management, preferably in an international setting. - Strong leadership, management, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
