The team is responsible for landing in our country several savings initiatives e.g. F4G one of the key levers that can fuel profitability and unlock funding for growth. It provides an unparalleled opportunity to deepen business skills and gain an exposure to a broad selection of Unilever’s finance teams across geographies, functions and categories. **JOB PURPOSE** Unilever is the place where you can realize your Purpose with the work you do: creating a better business and a better world. **If you are passionate about the challenge of helping make the best financial decisions that **impact** millions of consumers from the planning and execution of costs, then this role is for you!** **WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE** - The Supply Chain Finance F&PA; Manager will planning and review the entire material, production, sourcing, logistics and SCO costs, leading the financial budget, deviation analysis and tracking vs targets. - Responsible for deploying agile interventions ranging from in-year performance management to ad-hoc analysis for the CLT. - Responsible for driving in-year delivery along BU. - Monthly in-depth results and forecast analysis. - Developing Ad-hoc material to steer top management performance conversations towards actionable interventions. - Lead the SCC Monthly/Quarterly reporting/planning cadence. - Driving the Financial Growth Model. - Work along with other finance teams in the construction of Working Capital’s forecast and control. - Provide impactful insights & analytics of SC performance, working closely with a wide community of finance and SC & procurement teams. - Responsible for Supply Chain Overheads and E2E of Materials Planning and Execution. **WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED** - Professional in finance, economics, administration, accounting or related careers. - 10+ years in finance, Accounting / FP&A; background desirable. (particularly in SC & Cash). - Strong financial fundamentals along with solid business partnering skills. - Significant lateral and upward influence of key stakeholders to comply with complex agenda and tight deadlines. - Strong systems understanding required due to the technical nature of the role. - Experience in performance management (information management, target setting, performance scorecards). - Understanding of digital tools and ERPs such us SAP and Power BI. - 3+ years experience leading teams. **Skills** - Ability to directly partner and challenge business partners by delivering concise messages / making the complex simple / getting to the right business insights. - Strong Modelling/Mathematical/Analytical skill a must. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong work ethic, great attitude, self-starting & proactive mind-set, resilience in the face of pressure, good team player, ability to meet multiple stretching deadlines and attention to detail. - Need to be able to roll up your sleeves and do the work when required. **Leadership** - Strong sense of purpose and service - High level of personal mastery and agility - Being a true talent catalyst and desire to make a leadership impact. - Genuine passion for high performance **ARE YOU INTERESTED?** Unilever embraces diversity and encourages applicants from all walks of life!
