Your role at Baxter The Quality Analyst at Baxter supports the mission of saving and sustaining lives by ensuring that locally manufactured products comply with Baxter Global quality policies and regulatory requirements of the countries to which the products are distributed. Lead continuous quality improvement in Manufacturing Solutions processes, plastics plant, and medical devices. What you will do at Baxter Comply with current regulations regarding health, environment, and safety defined in CO6001A, applicable quality regulations and standards (GMP, quality manuals and procedures), supply chain safety, integrated energy management system, and corporate policies related to your position. Ensure compliance with Decree No. 4725 of 2005 regulating the regime of sanitary registrations, marketing permits, and sanitary validity of medical devices for human use. Ensure compliance with the quality and regulatory system in manufacturing and storage processes of locally manufactured products. Conduct internal audits of the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with global quality standards, regulatory requirements, and international standards (ISO9001, ISO 13485, among others). Train operational staff on quality concepts. Lead solutions and continuous improvement schemes addressing product and process deficiencies, using research tools such as DMAIC. Define metrics and monitoring processes to ensure the effectiveness of the quality system. Analyze trends in quality results to identify preventive actions for processes (Claims, Scrap, DDPMs). Actively participate in the corrective and preventive action system (CAPA), analyzing quality data, non-conformities, providing mentoring to staff, identifying trends, and eliminating quality issues. Lead, support, and execute investigations of customer complaints. Lead, participate, and support as a quality expert validation activities, risk analysis, and technical projects to ensure they are applied appropriately to processes and products, ensuring patient safety. What you will bring Professional in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Bacteriology, among others. 2 to 3 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or health sector. Desirable experience with Trackwise or other electronic QMS systems. Experience in managing preventive and corrective actions (CAPA). Desired English proficiency.
