As an Account Lead Genetics professional, you will play a critical role in delivering our vision and mission. Your primary responsibility will be to generate demand and positioning of our LSD specialty products in your assigned territory, considering each HCP's unmet needs and generating behavioral changes to achieve the goals and objectives set by the Franchise. You will implement marketing strategies and tactics related to disease awareness and product portfolio, achieve performance objectives established by the Franchise KPIs, and follow up on product sell-out according to new patient entry and treatment adherence. You will also work closely with the access and KAM teams to ensure compliance with the route to purchase. This position requires a strong understanding of the Colombian healthcare system and experience with customer reporting programs (CRM). You should also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong interpersonal relations and reliability. Analytical thinking and detail-oriented approach are also essential for success.
