As a Billing coordinator, you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and administrative processes. Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Manage the daily processing and review of customer invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery. Review and approve carrier invoices on a daily basis, verifying accuracy and ensuring they are ready for prompt payment. Monitor and manage automated payment workflows via Denim, ensuring seamless integration and data flow between Tai TMS and accounting systems. Generate aging reports and proactively follow up with customers to confirm payment schedules and resolve outstanding balances. Review and categorize company credit card transactions within QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate classification and financial reporting. Assist in generating and preparing routine financial reports from QuickBooks Online to support strategic decision-making by leadership. Maintain a working knowledge of the integration between Tai TMS and QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate and consistent data transfer between platforms. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to improve and streamline accounting processes to support company growth and scalability. Minimum requirements: Education: Desirable Studies in International Business, Business Administration, Finance, or an administrative-related field. Other studies are also considered. Experience: At least 3 years of experience with related roles. Experience in logistics is also beneficial. Experience with QuickBooks or TMS platforms (especially Tai) is helpful but not required Familiarity with freight brokerage accounting processes is a plus Language: Good English skills. B2 or higher level is preferred. Perks: Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., following the American Calendar.
