Job Summary The Team Lead of the Acquisition Teamwill be responsible for designing, writing, and maintaininghigh-quality, scalable, and high-performance application softwarein an agile environment. This role includes leading developmentefforts, resolving technical issues, and continuously enhancingdevelopment processes. The Senior Java Developer will also mentorjunior developers and take on leadership responsibilities asneeded. Responsibilities - Maintain and enhance automated build anddeploy processes using modern CI/CD tools. - Develop deploymentinstructions and ensure successful deployments. - Design andimplement automated unit testing frameworks. - Conduct thoroughunit testing and code reviews. - Demonstrated ability to explaincomplex problems and solutions to people inside and outside theirexpertise. - Demonstrated ability to design, write, and edittechnical and process documentation. - Translate businessrequirements into innovative technology solutions. - Take ownershipof technical aspects and drive projects to completion. - Be aresource for Product Owners and Business Analysts, explainingtechnical constraints. - Develop solution designs and estimatework. - Maintain, troubleshoot, enhance, and document components. -Participate in design reviews and peer reviews. - Identify andmitigate project risks. - Collaborate with the team to reducerisks. - Support applications outside of normal business hours. -Mentor and guide junior developers. - Lead development efforts andensure adherence to best practices. - Foster a collaborative andinnovative team environment. - Proactively identify and addressteam challenges and opportunities. Qualifications and JobRequirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevantfield. - 10+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java, SpringBoot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, REST, SOAP, Microservices, GIT,JUnit, Mockito. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOMmanipulation and the JavaScript object model. - Minimum 3+ years’experience in ReactJS, NodeJS. - Must be able to understand theexisting development stack involving microservices and React appsand contribute to team goals. - Experience with a contentmanagement system like Bloomreach. - Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). - Hands-on experienceof working with relational databases. - Familiarity with modernfront-end build pipelines and tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM,etc. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Dockerand Kubernetes. - Recommended: SQL Query, Tomcat, Jenkins, Maven,Hibernate, JQuery, JavaScript. - Knowledge of unit testingmethodologies and frameworks. - Experience in Agile softwaredevelopment practices. - Ability to anticipate technical issues andformulate remedial actions. - Ability to analyze softwarerequirements for feasibility within time and cost constraints.
