Key Responsibilities: - Client Account Management: Interact with insurance companies, address inquiries, and update patient accounts. - Data Entry: Ensure accurate and timely entry of financial and insurance data. - Policy Verification: Validate patient insurance coverage details and document transactions. - Billing and Payment Tracking: Process and monitor payments, ensuring accurate records. - Monthly Reporting: Prepare requested reports for internal and client review. - Compliance: Uphold data security and adhere to confidentiality standards. - Internal Support: Address system tickets and assist in problem resolution. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Experience: Prior accounting experience, ideally in healthcare or insurance. - Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Reporting: Experience with P&L; and other financial reports. - Analytical Thinking: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Communication: Fluent in English (B2 or higher), with excellent written and verbal skills. - Proactive and Flexible: Ability to adapt to different scenarios and act independently.
