Job Overview The Global Head of Quality oversees and manages all aspects of quality control and assurance to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain an effective quality management system (QMS) that aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Establish processes and procedures for complaint handling, quality control, document control, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement. - Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to establish and maintain strong supplier quality management processes. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Proven experience in quality management roles (multi-site responsibility or global scope). - In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
