Consumer Insights Specialist Role You have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our Fragrance business by contributing to our understanding of consumers and markets. Your future role will involve managing research projects, gathering and analyzing market data, and presenting results to our teams and clients. As part of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through strategic insights and recommendations. You will be responsible for: - Managing region marketing ad hoc research projects, defining the best methodology approach for each one. - Coordinating logistics for consumer tests, including managing stocks of materials needed and sending samples to test sites. - Building strong relationships with market research suppliers and agencies. - Leading consumer focus groups and other data gathering tools such as online surveys. We are looking for someone with a strong analytical background and excellent project management skills. Your professional profile should include: - A degree in Business Management, Marketing, Statistics, Sociology or related discipline. - At least 5 years of experience in market research, managing ad-hoc consumer projects both quantitative and qualitative. - Knowledge of market research theory and practice in qualitative & quantitative tools and techniques. - Experience using inferential statistics to interpret and explain data. - Experience with statistical software such as SPSS or similar. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Availability to travel regularly within the region.
