We’re scaling rapidly andare looking for a Director of Operations to help us move smarter,scale faster, and prepare for the next phase of growth. This is ahigh-impact role, and you’ll be reporting directly to our CEO. Inthis role, you’ll be in charge of day-to-day operational oversight,managing the teams in charge of recruiting ops, trackingoperational metrics, AR/AP and bookkeeping, as well as strategicfinancial leadership alongside a bookkeeping team and a fractionalCFO. This is perfect for someone who’s excelled in an ops role at aB2B company, has touched finance, and is now ready to leadcompany-wide operations. The Role You’ll serve as a key partner tothe CEO, owning our operational health while ensuring that ourfinances run smoothly. You’ll manage a team of 5 direct reports,who manage another 15. Your goal is to help leadership make smarterdecisions through data, planning, and streamlined processes. Thisis a job for someone who wants to one day become a COO, whetherhere or elsewhere. What You’ll Do Operational Oversight 1. Overseerecruiting operations, driving process efficiency and alignmentwith account management. 2. Lead project management for processimprovements, tool rollouts, and automation initiatives. 3. Develop, document, and improve internal processes across teams tosupport efficient, scalable growth. 4. Build and maintain businessdashboards to track recruiting, financial, and operational KPIs. 5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to align ongrowth strategy, forecasting, and operational capacity. 6. Automateand streamline workflows using Zapier, HubSpot, ClickUp, and Slack. Financial Leadership 1. Own budgeting and forecasting, buildingmodels that support growth, profitability, and efficiency. 2. Manage the Bookkeeping and AR/AP team, ensuring accurate invoicing,collections, and clean financials. 3. Lead pricing strategy,evaluating cost structures, market trends, and margin opportunities— collaborating with a fractional CFO when needed. 4. Analyze costdrivers and ROI across teams and tools; recommend optimizations toimprove margins. 5. Review and interpret monthly financials(bookkeeping handled by your team); deliver insights to leadership.6. Build dashboards in Google Sheets/Excel for real-time visibilityinto revenue, expenses, and performance. Who You Are 1. 5-8 yearsof experience with at least 3 years in a B2B company where youmanaged an operations team, with at least 5 direct reports and 10indirect reports. 2. At least 2 years of experience working in ortouching finance. 3. Proficient in financial modeling andforecasting; expert-level in Google Sheets/Excel. 4. Tech-savvy —you’ve worked with HubSpot, ClickUp/Asana, Zapier, and similartools. 5. A strategic thinker and hands-on doer — you see the bigpicture but aren’t afraid to get into the weeds. 6. Excellentcommunicator who can present operational and financial insightsclearly and concisely. 7. You’ve worked in recruiting/staffing,SaaS or B2B services. 8.
