Job Description: We are seeking a professional to lead our warehouse operations in Funza. As an Operational Excellence Partner, you will drive efficiency, productivity, and cost reductions through data-driven problem-solving and Lean methodologies. This is a hands-on, floor-based role with impact across all organizational levels. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvement opportunities, leading Lean/Kaizen projects, and designing performance KPIs. You will also coach and train warehouse staff in Lean culture and continuous improvement tools, present findings, and influence change using data-backed insights. - Efficiency - Productivity - Cost reduction Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Production, or related fields, and at least 2–5 years of experience in logistics operations. Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification is preferred. Strong data analysis skills, including Advanced Excel, Power BI, WMS, ERP systems, and experience with Lean tools such as 5S, VSM, Kaizen, SMED, Kanban, are essential.
