Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to spearhead the design and implementation of our infrastructure and deployment strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in containerization, orchestration, infrastructure as code, and monitoring solutions. Responsibilities: - Architect and implement scalable infrastructure solutions using tools like Terraform. - Design and manage containerized applications using Docker and Podman. - Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters to orchestrate microservices. - Set up and maintain monitoring systems using Prometheus and Grafana. - Implement logging solutions with the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) to ensure observability. - Manage and maintain Linux-based systems, particularly RHEL, ensuring system stability and security. - Automate system tasks and configurations using Python scripts. - Work closely with development and operations teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines. - Lead the adoption of DevOps best practices and mentor team members. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Principal DevOps or in a similar role. - Proficiency in managing Kubernetes clusters and deploying microservices. - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI. - Strong knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana. - Familiarity with logging tools such as ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). - Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible. - Scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or Go. - Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Podman) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
