Job Description You will work with the business to understand their requirements. Apply the use of technology, such as Power BI, Data Science, and modeling tools, to build working prototypes to confirm user expectations. Direct DA&I engineers on implementation tasks. Strive to improve the stability and quality of solutions, increase customer adoption and loyalty, and reduce support. You will also be an important change management driver for the successful adoption of Customer Literacy, Data & Analytics Governance practices within your assigned domain. Reporting to the IT Enterprise Digital Transformation Director Your Responsibilities: You will partner with the DA&I Technical Lead to lead Program Increment sessions with partners to identify 3-6 month priorities. Ensure that the plan aligns with long-term strategic goals for the specific domain and DA&I areas. You will define business cases to help prioritize and increase execution based on team capacity. You will coordinate project resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will help map out team-to-team dependencies and collaborate with capability teams. You will improve processes by studying current practices and designing modifications in partnership with stakeholders. You will work with the Data Governance team to update metadata and data literacy content. You will collaborate with DA&I Engineers to provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for the Capability team. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field. Experience with Power BI Experience with Data Bricks The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Experience with multi-dimensional design, star schemas, facts, and dimensions. Knowledge of basic system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk, security guidelines, and architecture standards. Understanding of software design, documentation, development processes, and requirements. Ability to translate business functionality into application requirements.
