We're looking for a self-motivated, coachable, and detail-oriented individual to join our fast-paced real estate investment team. You'll help us build relationships with buyers and keep our pipeline strong by qualifying investors and organizing critical data. **Requirements**: - Fluent in English & Spanish with confident phone presence. - Previous sales or real estate experience preferred. - Coachable, self-starter, and driven by performance. - CRM experience is a plus (GoHighLevel, Hubspot, etc.) - Reliable internet and ability to work U.S. hours (EST preferred) Key responsibilities: - Cold call investors lead daily (minimum volume required) - Qualify buyers - gather location preferences, price range strategy, funding and timeline. - Input detailed buyer notes into our CRM (Dispo Genius) - Schedule follow up calls and respond promptly to buyer inquiries. - Monitor SMS replies and call interested investors quickly.
